About

Dr Mologadi Ledwaba

Dr Mologadi Ledwaba is a family physician specialising in primary healthcare. Her passion for medicine comes from her childhood desire to make people feel better. Her approach is based on the firm belief that life is not perfect, but it can be managed and be better. Her own famous quote: A life well managed is a life well-lived.

Dr Ledwaba is a mother of three and enjoys her private time with her family. Her hobbies are reading, writing, travelling, and being involved in community outreach programs. She is also a qualified Sunday School teacher that explains her love for children or paediatric patients.

In 2020, during the lockdown, Dr Ledwaba used her time to complete an Occupational Health and Safety course through the University of Cape Town. As a firm believer in the words of her former master’s supervisor Dr P.F Mahuma, who is a senior family physician, "practice with science,” Dr Ledwaba strives to advance her professional development even further.

Dr Ledwaba is registered with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA). She is a South African medical association (SAMA) and HIV Clinician Society member.

Dr Ledwaba has practiced privately for five years in Johannesburg, Midrand. She obtained her medical degree, MBBCh, at the University of the Witwatersrand. She holds a master’s degree in Family Medicine from the University of Pretoria. In 2018, she was accepted as a fellow by the College of Family Physicians of South Africa.
